Cloud Talk is the ideal solution for anyone that works from home, but wants to keep their business calls and messages separate from the home landline - you can make and receive calls via you existing internet connection and free, unlimited standard rate UK calls are included in your package. Each user gets their own voicemail, and all messages are not only available to listen to but are also cleverly converted to text which you can see immediately on your app.
with multiple users you can set up teams (sales, accounts, finance, management, etc) and create a full menu system to direct callers to the correct recipients by pressing a relevant number on their keypad. You can also redirect calls to other numbers, such as mobile, if the need arises.
All management is via the app or pc client software, and done via the internet.
